Shipping & Delivery
For USPS First Class or Priority Flat Rate shipping, you will receive a tracking number when your order is shipped and should expect it in 2-6 days (dependent on method of shipping and location in relation to Orlando, Florida).  We cannot be held responsible for lost/damaged packages once they leave our facility.  Wholesale customers will receive shipments via UPS or FedEx ground shipping.
Privacy & Security
The only information stored by us is your name, email address, and shipping/billing information.  All credit card information is sent to and processed by our third-party processor; no credit card data is retained or stored by Composed Chaos
Returns & Replacements
While we cannot accept returns on eLiquid (since it is considered a perishable good), we do our best to make our customers happy.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please use the Contact Us link located at the bottom of the page and let us know, and we will do what we can to make it right.
Updating Account Information
To update your account information, simply log on to the site using the username and password you selected when first registering on the site and then select the My Account option at the top of the page.  If you need to change shipping information and your order has not yet been marked as shipped, please contact us using the Contact Us option at the bottom of the page prior to updating your account so that we can be aware of the change and halt processing of the order until we're sure we have the corrected information.
