Composed Chaos

These terms govern your use of Composed Chaos software, downloads such as the Numen Free IR Pack, and this website. By buying, downloading, or using any of them, you agree to these terms.
When you buy a Composed Chaos plugin, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use it on the machines you own or control, for your own music, personal or commercial. The specific terms shown at purchase and within the product govern where conflicts arise.
You may not resell, sublicense, rent, share, or redistribute the software or your license key, and you may not decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to defeat its licensing except where the law expressly permits.
The Numen Free IR Pack is provided free of charge. You may use its impulse responses in your own music productions, commercial or non-commercial, with no royalty owed. You may not resell, repackage, or redistribute the IR files themselves, whether on their own or as part of another sample or IR library.
All software, audio content, names, logos, and site content are the property of Composed Chaos or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Your license grants use, not ownership.
Purchases are sold through our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, which handles billing, taxes, and receipts. Refund requests are handled per the policy shown at checkout; if something isn't working, contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.
Your purchase and use may also be subject to the terms of the platforms involved, including Lemon Squeezy and your operating system or DAW vendor.
The software, the IR pack, and this site are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted or error-free. Always keep backups of your projects and audio.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Composed Chaos will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the software, the IR pack, or this site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above; continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
